Shahenda Shokry Holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (2005) and Master of Science in project management (2012); she is also a certified project management professional since (2009). She started her career working in famous project management consultants for 3 years acquiring a strong professional experience about project management, which was the foundation of her career path. From 2008 Shahenda moved between some international construction firms targeting to gain extensive construction and management experience.

With her extensive experience in Planning, Cost and contracts, she played a key role in project controls field in different international construction companies. During her career path, Shahenda was keen to be involved in the Learning & Development. She was one of key members in one of the mega international construction companies in-house training team. she also conducted a lot of Project Management sessions in various reputable programs and reputable Egyptian universities. Shahenda Shokry currently leads the Digital Delivery and VDC/BIM implementation in Orascom construction, playing a key role in the digital transformation of construction and management Processes. Beside that she is one of the Project controls Department key persons, having a responsibility to monitor and control a considerable number of mega construction projects.

In addition, Shahenda leads one of the reputable training companies which delivers a variety of unique training programs to many top tire construction companies in Egypt.
